Hmmm. wasn't me but that's the 1st person I thought of when I saw the beard. His hands folded in his lap are interesting. Can you make out what's around his wrists? and the writing on the SUV windows ?
Whoever it is has dried blood on his nose & looks like red stains down front of hoodie.
