I assume its primary purpose in being left open after it was shown to be without predicate was for the delegate recount scam (which was avoided).
So likely in first few days of Jan 2017, someone decided to resurrect the investigation of MF. Potus knew and tweeted a signal on Jan 3, 2017 PS ordered it reactivated Jan 4, 2017, and the WH cabinet strategy meeting on Jan 5 2017 was their attempt at making it a legit, legally predicated investigation, but in reality was initiated as a device to obstruct Potus presidency and set an Obstruction trap since Collusion was already proven false.
So when do we learn who organized the reopening of MF investigation and coordinated with WH to frame Potus w/SCO and Obstruction trap?
