It would be someone serving currently as a Federal Prosecutor

I thought about Rudy and Gowdy as well, but determined because neither of them "are" active federal prosecutors that it would not be them.

Gowdy was a State Prosecutor

Rudy IS serving as counsil for DJT which would preclude him from prosecuting any related case.
