Not likely. When Q does that it's either to check the posting delay so he can time it to the SECond, or he's testing the SECurity of his presumably obscured connection. He doesn't also send out command codes at the same time.

Textualism is a double edged sword.
That being an anti-missile missile defending AF1 from some other attack works better than it being a Trident II that was fired from a sub at AF1.
