Opened 10 pages and searched on the page and found nothing
I think the search engine just recognizes it as a hashcode similar to the ones on those pages.
I took the first and last bit in quotes, and get lots of results, but none of them show either of the two short strings of digits.
I think this proves that it is just a random UUID generated by the OS that saved the image or by 8kun when the image was posted.
