>What is the solution when you live in your Mother's basement with Agoraphobia and social anxiety

That post was the reasoning behind why you should just do the right thing.

here is the practical way to change yourself and your life

(posted by anon other than me, I just saved it and repost now and then)

When you life sucks:

Get up, early, every day.

Clean your body and eat.

Get the hell out of the house, every day. If possible do something VERY physical.

Do the right thing every day, you know what that is.

Be helpful to others, talk to strangers, interact with the world.

When you feel low, think of all the people who have it worse than yourself. Then be thankful.

If you pray. Pray. Don't ask for anything in your prayers, be thankful and appreciative for the good in your life.

If you do the right thing every day it is just a matter of time and you will see positive change.

Good luck and don't be so hard on yourself…….
