I am thinking Durham started looking into the leaks for Sessions and picked up some of the CF from Huber, perhaps because the leaks and Trump coup clearly involved DNC, and he found direct control of DNC via CF, so he (or another) started focusing on CF as the lead in a RICO case. Prolly the main CF is someone other than Durham, and Durham will expose the Clinton involvement in RussiaGate as the lead in.
