Couple tips

Don't over think them. Just make em.

Make a lot. The more you make the better you'll get.

When it comes to text - less words the better. Try to shoot for 7 or less (can't always be done)

Never delete them. They will always be relevant. News themes repeat and news stories update. For example a meme about Prince Andrew's Epstein interview will become relevant again when he is arrested. (bold statement, kek)
There's probably better advice I'm forgetting to give, but that's off the top of my head. Most important is just to do them, that's where skill comes from. You seem to have a great grasp on things already though.
