legalizing only opens the door for big corporations to step in and create another monopoly with regulations ending up killing the means for the average anon to produce their own.
just like the alcohol industry and how one can't even make their own moonshine without going to jail or getting a $200k license to be a producer/distributor as seen on moonshiners.
