Last bread with an exterior shot of the plane looked like there was a larger hole in the fuselage across from the engine. Looked to be in front of where the broken window is located and below the windows at approximate leg-level. Maybe thats where the fatal injury occurred?
Yeah, I'm not convinced at this point either. Just sayin' that the hole looks to be further forward than the damaged window. Could be that blood is just not in the frame. "Blood everywhere" sounds like expected hyperbole coming out of an understandably emotional event (if its true). US networks seem to tend toward blocking out gore like the UK press. Press in Asia and ME are not so squeamish (not that any of them can be believed out of hand).
Looks like a gash in the fuselage right across from the engine. Other pics of the window appear to be more aft of the wing.
