I'm not thrilled either.
I've listened to a couple of her speeches, and know she's believes in following the text of The Constitution, but something rubs me the wrong way.

Regardless of whether or not I "have discipline in your life" (which, you happen to be correct in pointing out, as I happen to be rather slothy), I would never use Catholicism against her, nor advocate doing so. If fact, I think she'll be a fine addition to SCOTUS.
But, she won't replace her mentor: Antonin Scalia
I love Catholics - it's the Catholic Church leadership I have a problem with.
