In cbts/storm threads, not sure which, I posted a few posts on Serco. There's some really good AD videos explaining Serco. I asked old mods (kicked off now I hope), to please start a thread especially for Serco, because there's so much there. Was ignored 2x's.

And the control prisons & Justice system.
