I snort laughed when I saw James' comment. However GITMO being mentioned by Fox may be relevant.

It is #306. I have been researching SERCO as well and they have a horrible history internationally of rape/abuse. They were trying to get contracts for the Texas Boarder Detention center. There is SERCO Group (international) and SERCO Inc which is a branch here in the US. They were just awarded contracts on the 2nd. I am still digging because I don't believe POTUS would award contracts to groups associated with human rights violations.
They also processed the Obamacare applications.
