Translation: This EO looks like it puts an end to any information that was shielded from investigators due to past obfuscations by dirty actors, now that patriots are at the levers. It specifically states that it's a supplement to these:
-section 2.3 of Executive Order 12333 (issued by Reagan)
-Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1801 et seq.)
-any other procedures for the collection, retention, or dissemination of information concerning United States persons required by law. (think subpoenas)
