Also, I think any early ballot cast for Biden goes to Biden. The new candidate doesn't get those votes added to their total.

POTUS's move is to get Biden off the ballot. Indictments won't cut it, so what Durham does or does not do before the election is irrelevant. What's relevant is the October surprise from POTUS's end this time around.
