Is Silicon Valley Meddling on Behalf of Biden-Harris and DNC?

They say there are only two certainties in America – death and taxes. You can add a third item to that list: that Democrats will forever be upset about the 2016 Election result. Such is the level of their angst that they have dedicated every ounce of political capital for the last four years towards reversing that result and ousting President Donald Trump from the White House. With the 2020 Election only 37 days away, it seems that the moguls of big tech in Silicon Valley have already kick-started their effort to filter and control online discourse in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.

A number of Republican lawmakers have hit back at what is being described as ‘openly meddling’ in the US democratic process. It’s already established that Democrats and allied corporate mainstream media have joined forces with the likes Google, Facebook and Twitter, to not only de-platform alternative media and conservative pundits, and also to back radical politicians, judges and district attorneys across the country – whom they’re counting on to look the other way when presented with concreted evidence of interference and meddling at the highest levels. Ironically, the meddling and interference from the leftwing of the political establishment is precisely what Democrats and Neocons vehemently accused Russia of doing in 2016 and beyond – despite the fact no evidence has been presented with shows any Russian interference.

Host Tucker Carlson explains the extent of the Democratic Party and Silicon Valley’s plan to try and quell free speech online and influence the outcome of the 2020 US Presidential Election. Watch:

Lockdown Calamity Based on Bogus COVID 19 Tests

Aside from using an unreliable PCR test, why aren't health officials cycling at a lower rate to eliminate people who are actually healthy but have a tiny inactive amount of virus or other common coronaviruses in them?

Did you know that cases of regular cold or flu are considered COVID-19?

Ten Questions must be asked.

The PCR test for SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19 is faulty and unreliable.

The PCR method (Polymerase Chain Reaction) was never meant as a diagnostic test, it doesn't detect the virus or viral load and is unreliable due to high false-positive results according to its inventor Kary Mullis. So, why is it being used?

A recent article in the New York Times said that 90% of positive cases could be eliminated by lowering the rate of cycling:

"The PCR test amplifies genetic matter from the virus in cycles; the fewer cycles required, the greater the amount of virus, or viral load, in the sample. The greater the viral load, the more likely the patient is to be contagious.

This number of amplification cycles needed to find the virus, called the cycle threshold, is never included in the results sent to doctors and coronavirus patients, although it could tell them how infectious the patients are.

Most tests set the limit at 40, a few at 37. This means that you are positive for the coronavirus if the test process required up to 40 cycles, or 37, to detect the virus.

Tests with thresholds so high may detect not just live virus but also genetic fragments, leftovers from an infection that pose no particular risk – akin to finding a hair in a room long after a person has left, said Dr. Michael Mina, an epidemiologist at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Three sets of testing data that include cycle thresholds, compiled by officials in Massachusetts, New York, and Nevada, up to 90 percent of people testing positive carried barely any virus, a review by The Times found."

So here are some questions that should be asked:

  1. At what rate of cycling using the PCR test is your department of health cycling at? 37-40 is sure to be positive but not for an active infection.

  1. Are you aware that positive antibody test results are quite often considered a case? (meaning an individual had CV-19 at some point, they've developed antibodies to it and are now healthy.)

  1. How many of these cases are actually an active infection and are symptomatic and how many are not?

  1. Why are asymptomatic individuals aka healthy people, who have tested positive considered a case, when the probability of infecting another person is very rare according to the WHO?

  1. Why are probable and presumed cases, individuals who were never actually tested, in most cases, not listed to the media as such?

  1. How many cases are from contact tracking and tracing? Again probable and presumed cases. One case plus possibly fifteen contacts equal sixteen cases without testing!

  1. Did you know that cases of regular cold or flu are considered COVID-19?

From the CDC (which has since been changed):

Are you aware that individuals who died with, and not of COVID-19 are included in COVID-19 death case counts in many instances?

  1. How many people who died and weren't tested, were considered COVID-19 death cases? What did they actually die of?

  1. How is it that this virus is so unlike other cold and flu viruses that have a 3-6 week life span? How can COVID-19 be the same virus from last Winter/Spring?

  1. Why are we still concerned about a virus that peaked in April (in deaths)

Rescinding of responsible lending legislation means it's open slather for the big banks

You could almost smell the fear.

When Kenneth Hayne tabled his final report into banking misconduct to Federal Parliament back in early February last year, bankers and their lobbyists gathered at Parliament House expecting the worst.

After a year of being forced to air their dirty laundry in public, most were convinced the future was going to be a hell of lot tougher.

At least two chief executives of the Big Four banks have since privately and independently confided that when the documents were released, they immediately searched for any recommendations about a toughening of responsible lending laws.

Compensation, crackdowns and overhauls

A close up photograph shows the cover of a final report.

Commissioner Kenneth Hayne's final report offers 76 recommendations, all of which the Federal Government and Labor say they will support and implement. Find out more here.

To their relief, the royal commissioner did not recommend any tightening of the laws governing how banks should determine eligibility for loans. The laws were perfectly adequate, he argued. They simply needed to be enforced.

While the royal commissioner was right — regulators were not doing their job — the ruling drew the ire of a community incensed by revelations of rampant fee gouging and a ruthless sales mentality that had fostered a profit at all costs approach.

"He's squibbed it," was a remark that night in one of the private rooms in Parliament House, that later became a catch cry for the critics.

Investors were overjoyed. The day after the Hayne report was released, bank stocks soared.

In the weeks and months that followed, each of the bank chiefs, having been publicly humiliated, individually expressed remorse and a determination to win back the public trust with commitments for better and fairer treatment of their customers.

They needn't have bothered. It's now open slather when it comes to lending. The responsibility now is on the borrower, not the lender.

The three big rewinds of business and banking

Last Friday, in a surprise move, Treasurer Josh Frydenberg committed the Government to rescind the responsible lending legislation altogether; laws that had been in place for more than a decade following a banker induced meltdown of the global financial system that threatened to derail capitalism.

According to the Treasurer, the laws have become a handbrake, hindering credit which ultimately would delay a recovery for an economy mired in the worst recession in a century.

Colorado Secretary of State Encourages Non-Citizens, Deceased to Register to Vote

Democrat Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold sent a postcard to non-citizens and the dead encouraging them to register to vote so they can cast ballots in November.

Griswold sent a mailer to several people who are not eligible to vote, CBS4 reported, in a swing state that has a U.S. Senate seat on the ballot this year and could prove pivotal in the presidential race.

Karen Anderson said she received one addressed to her mother.

“Which sounds really nice except my mother has been dead four years and she hasn’t lived, voted, owned property, worked, or done anything other than visit Colorado since 1967,” Anderson told the news station.

CBS4 found a dozen other examples, including “a deceased woman in Las Animas County, six migrant workers in Otero County, a Canadian in Douglas County, a man from Lebanon in Jefferson County, and a British citizen in Arapahoe County.”

The state defended sending the mailers to people who are not eligible to vote, according to federal law.

“Yes, it’s true that occasionally it will go to a person that it shouldn’t go to, someone who’s already registered or somebody that’s below the age of 18, but the vast, vast majority go to the people who are eligible and then many of them follow-up and become registered voters and they get their ballot in the mail and can vote in our election,” Judd Choate, director the secretary of state’s elections division, told CBS4.

The state sent 750,000 postcards with the hopes of ten percent of recipients registering to vote.

“He [Choate] says he’ll take the chance that a few will get the postcard who shouldn’t, if it means increasing voter participation by 75,000 people,” CBS4 reported.

Griswold is a progressive secretary of state similar to Michigan’s Jocelyn Benson (D).

Both spoke at the 2020 Netroots Nation conference on “protecting the vote.”

They also appeared together at a Center for American Progress event on protecting “America’s right to vote.”

“Our constitutional rights do not stop during a crisis,” Griswold said at that event, the Gazette reported, arguing the coronavirus pandemic should be used to advance progressive objectives to decrease voting safeguards.

In August, Griswold attacked President Donald Trump after he questioned vote-by-mail elections.

“The president has shown a degree of disrespect to this country that is just un-American,” Griswold declared, according to the New York Times. “There is something that we should all be able to agree on and that is well-functioning elections.”

ICE Slams LA County For Continuing to Hinder Its Efforts to Detain Criminal Undocumented Immigrants

LOS ANGELES – (ICE / PRESS RELEASE) — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) continues to lodge immigration detainers on criminal aliens in the custody of non-cooperative local law enforcement. State and local policies prevent these agencies from working with ICE, resulting in the release of hundreds of criminal aliens back into the local community after their arrests for criminal activity like homicide, molestation of a child, battery, robbery and terrorist threats. “Sanctuary policies create an irresponsible safe harbor for criminal aliens who seek to prey on the most vulnerable members of our communities,” said Senior Official Performing the Duties of the ICE Director Tony H. Pham. “Immigration enforcement is about applying the law – our actions, efforts and resources remain diligently focused on targeting those who not only threaten and undermine our national security, but who demonstrate a repeated and willful disregard for public safety within the United States.”

ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Los Angeles continues to emphasize the critical role immigration detainers play in apprehending criminal aliens arrested by local authorities on charges, for who the agency also maintains probable cause to believe are removable from the U.S.

“Sanctuary laws are largely designed to tie the hands of law enforcement officials and inhibit them from working with federal partners – this only serves to protect criminal aliens at a tremendous and dangerous cost to victims,” said ICE’s ERO Los Angeles Field Office Director Dave Marin.

The non-cooperative policies require ICE to divert limited resources previously embedded with local law enforcement agencies and send officers out into communities to target and apprehend at-large aliens convicted of crimes or with pending criminal charges, according to Marin.

“The sad truth is that these individuals are often released and returned into immigrant communities to potentially victimize other immigrants, and the crimes we are talking about span things like homicide, kidnapping, rape, robbery, battery, fraud, theft, drug offenses, crimes against children, weapons charges – these are not law-abiding people who anyone should want in their community,” he said. “We will continue to seek effective collaboration and partnerships with local law enforcement to ensure the overarching safety of our communities, and we remain committed and focused to targeting egregious, recidivist, violent criminals.”
