There is no such procedure. Anon consensus is the procedure we follow. Why? Because it is all too easy for someone who want to tinker with the dough to IP-hop and acclaim their own post. Let anons say their comments in their own words. That still might allow fraud, but once again: QResearch does not operate based on voting, but rather, consensus and common sense.
