If Biden croaks shortly after Nov 3 (but while many ballots, although cast, remain uncounted) would the votes for Harris carry any weight? It would seem that both sides of that question might be arguable.

I gave away over 6,000 rounds recently to a trusted source. That person will give most of it away to others unknown to me - but trusted by them. <poof, goneBy November I will be down to a couple hundred in each of two calibers, one straight walled and the other bottle-necked and a single firearm chambered in each.
Then, I will wait.
If things calm down, I will load more – most of it was intended for my grand-kids, anyway. If not, then I will use the remainder myself. Except for periodic top-ups of food, fuel and medications (all deteriorate with age), the rest of my preps are pretty much complete.
I will cast my vote in person and then I will simply keep watch while I wait for things to play out.
