If you drop that now, it's baked into the election outcome. If Joe wins, Dems claim "Public knew about it and chose him anyway."

But what if outcome of election is in doubt, and Dems are in the street rioting for Joe to win and Trump to step down.

THEN you drop the MOAB that you decided to hold back prior to the election.

Delegitimize Biden and take the wind out of the protests.
