I have been saying this too. My grandma was like this on pain meds and BP meds. When docs realized meds were hacking with her and they fixed the problem, she was as sharp as a tack. JB starts off just fine then slides into Crazytown. If they are not drugging him (with or without his knowledge), then they are giving him meds to make him lucid, but they wear off too fast.

Either scenario is very bad. Possibly elder abuse. JB will end up getting off scot free if he is not doing this to himself.
