No, she was sitting above the flaps which are located on the REAR of the wing. Slats are on the leading edge (front) of the wing, and the flaps are on the BACK.

Only one engine was damaged. The left one (a.k.a. engine #1).
Looks like the winglet is blocking the view of the damaged window. It should be just to the right of the "T" in the word Southwest.
