HBC-WHO? Biden’s claim he ‘got started’ at HBCU Delaware State University is denied by the school
DELAWARE State University said on Friday that Joe Biden was never a student of the historically black college after the presidential hopeful claimed he “got started” at the university.
Biden made the claim during a town hall event with students at Wilson High School last October before the South Carolina Democratic primary.
