The Fed violated it's charter almost as soon as it was enabled. Taxes collected pursuant to the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 are unconstitutional inasmuch as the act itself is theft and a poorly disguised fraud against the American people. Taxes collected under such circumstances are legalized extortion at best. Any one who can figure out how to avoid paying the income tax is a FUCKING HERO IMB. More power to them!
