Anons, here to report witnessing a potential arson/ arsonist.

Witnessed fire in very early stages of development, obviously intentionally set (no equipment/ power lines near by, far enough off freeway, was not set by vehicle sparks) on the side of the 15 Freeway in RIverside Country, CA

15 Fwy South - JUST South of Cajalco exit

-between Cajalco and Weirick Roads

as anon rounded the corner on the fwy, anon noticed mid-thirties hispanic male dressed in all black

-black pants

-black shirt

-black hat

walking casually away from fire down the shoulder of the freeway

no vehicle stopped on the side of the fwy that suspect potentially could have come from
