Money laundering, yes, in a sense. They take US tax dollars and run them through front companies run by Clowns to compensate them for off-the-books activities. THIS, folks, is also part of the infiltration.

One key is the "ownership" of the front company. They are almost certainly Clowns. The brilliance of the plan is that the spending of private companies isn't generally tracked or discoverable. Where it goes, no one knows–just out the back door.
