Just a note on the census. Currently lawsuit is progressing regarding Oct 30 extension. My theory on the delay is Dems want to delay to be able to massage the results in the next administration versus Republicans getting to do it before the end of the year. (I.e. inclusions v exclusions) . You have a mgmt group wanting to push completion at 9/30, and another mgmt group looking to throw procedural wrenches into the works for the delay side of things. It looks like incompetence from the outside, but is really an internal political battle. It has opened my eyes a bit, I think this is how every government group operates.
