EuroAnon here.

Wondering about the US election system. Some countries here have rules stating that if an election is undecided or severe election problems is revealed, a re-election can be called where the election process itself starts all over again.

Question: Is there such a rule in the US?

If so:

What would be the time line for such process?

Who would lead the country during that process?

Has it happened any time historically?
