I don't think trying anyone in the justice system as it is now will do anything. I also don't think US pop will accept martial law unless evidence is beyond compelling.
What is necessary is 4 more years with a pubbie house and senate and a cons SC. The uncertainty of ballot fixing that could jeopardize 4 more years can be remedied by getting Biden off the ticket. If counterfeit ballots are out there, they will be worthless if Biden is off the ticket.
You don't need indictments or the court to get Biden off the ballot. That's an October surprise mission.
