but the day came and went without any new sanctions.

Kudlow suggested early Tuesday morning that Haley “got ahead of the curve” in announcing new sanctions on Russia.

Haley responded in a statement to Fox News’s Dana Perino, saying,
“With all due respect, I don’t get confused.”
