Does HISTORY explain, perhaps, the higher rates in 80 to 89 year olds having a higher rate compared to the other groups?
What was going on then? What science was taking place? Was there a draft during these times? Was there ANY NOTIFICATION to the humans GLOBALLY regarding the use of 'science' being experimented with during this time?
