>Unusual to have a 1-year gap from arrest to trial?
>What might be the purpose?
to build public support/tolerance/empathy, acceptance for crimes committed.
[They] do not fear the law, they fear people realizing they control it. They want to create a public support campaign so 1) they can have a (corrupt) not guilty finding and have people buy into that or 2) if they cannot corrupt the courts, they can use a narrative that the trial finding guilt was corrupted and appeal.
The p.r. campaign here is just like they narrate an election, they have to make people believe that they are a majority and have popular support to win. So they organize their minority, stars, public figures and MSM and then they cheat to win, but noone really questions it because of the p.r. campaign and msm echo chambers.
The p.r. campaigns shield their crimes and corruption and hide their true criminality they use to hold power. The organized criminal minority controlling the unorganized and divided majority.
