Looks like they had a fight and she called the cops. He was trying to tell the cop, and he gets tackled to the ground and cuffed. I heard him say several times that he wasn't trying to kill himself.
This same thing happened to me once, my spouse called the cops because we were fighting and I was trying to leave but they didn't want me to leave so they called the cops.
The cops ended up treating BOTH of us like criminals and arrested us both. That's exactly what this looks like to me.
