I’ve only seen a minute long body can clip. Sounded like it may have been a domestic of some sort from what he said that I heard. In a lot of FL, PD and SO’s will take someone to jail regardless. Puts an end to it at least for the evening and give a cool down period. My not be for battery, could be a disorderly or whatever they can use. He didn’t look like a Baker act to me, but it’s been a lot of years since I was around LE in Florida. Baker act isn’t a criminal arrest record though, but has implications as well.
