There is also a HUGE Microsoft outage ongoing since ~ 5:30PM ET. ALL services affected, portals won't load, can't login, apps affected…. this is is a big deal my friends.

Either QTeam did somethin' or MS is trying to erase a bunch of shit and taking their services down while they do it…. this is pretty unprecedented in my experience with MS over ~15 years.

I can't imagine that 911 is using MS Teams for their phone systems (Teams sucks), but their phone servers may be hosted in Azure or dependent on Azure, and if they are syncing user accounts, etc. to an on-prem AD server, the AD Sync is likely broken right now, so that could affect the server/services.
