guess i'll be looking to move out of this shithole state then.

even if it is red.

majority black anyway and they still don't even sell beer on sundays in the town i'm in.

ass backwards.

the problem though is still keeping it illegal on the federal level because most states are influenced by what's illegal at the fed level.

simply remove it off the books and decriminalize is the way to go.

many of the bad people, drug dealers, cartels aren't exclusively dealing in weed anyway so they can still get taken down for all the other shit they're involved with while the peaceful people who just want to grow a couple plants in their room or backyard are left alone.

hope so.

it's a win/win all around.

win over some of the left to the right while giving a middle finger to big pharma and alcohol/tobacco companies as well as the prison industrial system.

there's really just a false stigma about it anyway due to the reefer madness propaganda.

have known several people who toke and raise perfectly fine families and are hard workers; several are even successful people who own businesses that nobody would ever suspect of smoking.

those blue states used it for entrapment in order to go after the guns too.

it's pretty ironic too.

they deal the hard shit to those on wallstreet who wear those expensive suits and those rich moguls down in the miami nightlife scene.

they love that christina aguilera down there.
