Could this be [their] way of sniffing out Q supporters?
What if the whole body voted NO?
It would be seen as "Everyone denies Q, and Q's followers are deranged lunatics"
or
"These people are deranged lunatics for not voting against this"
It's a no-win for the public image but if the whole body does indeed vote NO then [they] wouldn't get any info from Q-people(R) about support for/against
plausible deniability?… trying to push this before the election is also suspect
