Just heard someone on podcast say, they do not think the text messages referring to “Andy”, are talking about Andy McCabe, he thinks they refer to Andrew Weismann.

Absentee ballots are requested by the voter, how could they possibly have the wrong address? The voter gives them the information when they request a ballot.
