your arrow points to the window that was no longer there..

The engine shroud is gone and if the thing threw a blade or more…aluminum shrapnel went everywhere.

A close up would be nice….

 

and I get the skepticism. The compressor section/fan bypass shroud "should" contain the blades, at least that is what the FAA standards clowns say.

 

Southwest is open seating so a targeted hit would be a hard one but who knows..

damage to slats outboard of engine…

can't tell if underneath window is damaged or if glare.

If damage, I'd suspect a portion of the shroud peeled off and came around, over top and hit fuselage…

a bit improbable but…
