Key question - did the meeting actually occur on the 4th? Was Strzok acting on Obama (and Biden) direct instructions to keep open the Crossfire Razor case?
That is why this issue is so critical. If the meeting was on the 5th, Strzok was acting on his own. If on the 4th, then Rice lied to cover up Obama's involvement, and this entire Flynn case goes directly back to Obama.
