Is Starlink a Star Wars weapon system?

I think I just brain stormed on something I shouldn't. With over 600 Starlink sats in low orbit… is this a way to quickly deploy large numbers of single shot laser weapon platforms to combat the Chinese and Russian laser sat. war systems announce by Def. last week… this maybe how we are fighting back against the cabal's efforts to take over using space. Call me a conspiracy theorist but another thought hit me when Elon Musk said yesterday that he was on the fence about the election… Why (he is a genius)? I don't think he is really on fence at all… I'm wondering if he is doing like the Joint Chiefs and Supreme Court Justices do… not show favoritism to a political party to keep bias out of the Military/Justice system because we are a Republic and either party can win (well, not this election really, Pres. Trump wins HUGE), and either party may gain control of the space based weapon system he is deploying for the U.S.
