Am a member of the "three decade club" and have been listening to the Flynn hearing since 11 am, and setting aside the knock down drag out brawl and palpable bad blood between Sullivan and Sidney Powell, I think Sullivan is only trying to save what little face he has left in this case and is about to grant the rule 48 motion to dismiss. Powell knows this and it is probably why she is now keeping mum after nearly causing Sullivan's head to explode by formally requesting that he recuse himself from the case.
