Trump Admin Poised To Gift Israel $11 Billion In Bid to Secure Another Arab-Israeli “Peace” Treaty

Trump’s arrangement to sell F-35 warplanes to the United Arab Emirates has prompted Israel to issue a list of demands – including must-have advanced aircraft and other accouterments.

The United States continues to use the American taxpayers’ expense account to prioritize Israel’s aspirations. Close on the heels of the so-called Abraham Accords earlier this month, which normalized relations between Israel and the Arab states of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Trump administration is formulating plans to essentially purchase another Arab-Israeli “peace” treaty.

In addition, the U.S. is likely to hand Israel billions of dollars in free military equipment.

Regional domination

Trump’s post-Abraham Accords arrangement to sell F-35 warplanes to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has prompted Israel to issue a list of demands – must-have advanced aircraft and other accouterments that would enable Israel to maintain its Qualitative Military Edge (QME) in the region.

Israel’s QME, the commitment by the U.S. to assure Israel’s ability to overcome any and all military threats with minimal casualties, has been enshrined in U.S. law since 2008 and is expressed today as $3.8 billion in military aid, about a quarter of the $15 billion distributed worldwide.

Israel’s wish list, as reported by AntiWar, includes a squadron of F-35s, reportedly worth some $850 million apiece, and other cutting-edge products.

These “gifts” would be in addition to the $3.8 billion a year Israel already receives in military aid from the U.S. – money that ought to be withheld according to the Leahy Laws, legislation that seeks to put a paywall between American aid and military groups that perpetrate gross human rights violations.

Trump’s plan to sell warplanes, and Israel’s demands, reportedly came up just hours before the Foreign Ministers of Bahrain and the UAE were to sign the Abraham Accords, although some sources report that Israel’s Netanyahu knew about the U.S. plan to sell to the UAE much earlier.

Treaty in the works

The Trump administration is also scurrying to assemble a treaty between Israel and Sudan ahead of U.S. elections, again at great benefit to Israel and expense to the American taxpayer.

According to Sudanese political analyst Khalil Abdul Jabbar, the Sudanese people typically would stand with the Palestinians rather than accepting normalization with Israel – but they need the help that Washington could offer to improve their economic situation.

Abdul Jabbar indicated that Trump hoped to capitalize on Sudan’s dire economic situation ahead of the 2020 election.

Sudan is struggling under $62 billion in foreign debt, brought about in large part because of its designation as a state sponsor of terrorism (SST) – a label that goes back to 1993 and has resulted in punishing global sanctions.

Sudan hopes to receive an initial infusion of $3 billion in U.S. aid, plus removal from the SST list, in exchange for normalized relations with Israel. Additional aid would likely follow.

Israeli Soldiers on Rampage: Three Palestinians Killed, 64 Wounded and 381 Arrested in August

The Israeli authorities also continued their racist policies against the Palestinians, confiscating their lands.

Three people were killed and 64 wounded in the occupied Palestinian territories in August, majority of them in the Gaza Strip, as a result of continuous Israeli violations, the Department of Palestinian Affairs said.

The occupation forces also arrested 381 Palestinians in August, according to the department’s monthly report on the occupation forces' violations against Palestinian land, its people and holy sites.

The report also revealed a total of 319 Israeli incursions occurred in August: 316 in the West Bank and three in the Gaza Strip, 33 incursions in Jerusalem, 54 in Ramallah, 34 in Jenin, 10 in Toubas, 24 in Tulkarem, 16 in Qalqilya, 38 in Nablus, 17 in Salfit, eight in Jericho, 30 in Bethlehem, 52 in Hebron, one in northern Gaza, one in Khan Younis and one in Rafah.

The Israeli forces also carried out systematic violations against Islamic and Christian holy sites in the occupied Palestinian territories, where Islamic holy sites in the West Bank's witnessed 22 attacks by the occupation army and settlers, including assaults on Al Aqsa Mosque, notably holding Jewish rituals and attacking the mosque's guards.

A total of 2,032 settlers took part in these assaults, the report added, revealing that the reported violations also included the closure of a mosque in Beit Sahour and preventing citizens from performing prayers inside the mosque, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The Israeli authorities also continued their racist policies against the Palestinians, confiscating their lands. A total of 40 illegal demolitions were registered in the West Bank and Jerusalem in August, in addition to demolitions of structures by Palestinian owners themselves to avoid paying hefty fines.

The report showed that Israeli authorities approved a number of settlement projects aimed at establishing the settler presence in a number of cities, primarily Jerusalem, as the occupation municipality has approved a plan to establish an additional 90-donum settlement in the eastern side of the Issawiya village.

The occupation authorities have approved projects to build a settlement road linking the Industrial Zone of Benjamin with the Industrial Zone of Aterot, north of Jerusalem, which passes through a 600-metre tunnel under the Qalandia military checkpoint, along with constructing another road running from the Adam Settlement, until the Hazma military checkpoint northeast of Jerusalem, and the Al Walaja bypass south of Jerusalem to link the Gush Etzion settlement bloc with Jerusalem, a move aimed at expanding the Har Homa settlement through building 560 new settler units, according to the report.

Michael Bloomberg Funding Helps Florida Felons Vote Due to Groundwork by George Soros

A plan by billionaire and failed presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg to pay off fines imposed on tens of thousands of convicted ex-felons in the critical swing state of Florida was made possible due to a large-scale, Soros-funded initiative involving a slew of progressive movements seeking to oust Trump this November.

Amendment 4, a Florida state amendment passed last year that restores voting rights to felons who had their fines and fees paid off, has provided an opportunity for wealthy Democrats to virtually buy votes.

The amendment, also known as the Voting Rights Restoration for Felons Initiative, launched as a ballot initiative that would restore voting rights to as many as 1.4 million ex-felons who have completed their full sentences.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the Brennan Center for Justice based in New York, both heavily funded by left-wing billionaire George Soros, served as consultants in drafting Amendment 4 and prompting its passage.

As reported by Axios on Tuesday, Bloomberg raised over $16 million to help 32,000 felons in Florida pay outstanding fines and fees to regain their voting rights.

On the same day of the report, the Washington Post released a key memo by Bloomberg’s advisors that revealed his aim.

The memo detailed a well-calculated plan to manipulate the election outcome by utilizing data that determined that among the nearly 775,000 former felons who still owed money related to their convictions, there were 32,000 Blacks and Hispanics who — if their fines were to be paid off — would almost certainly vote for Biden.

“We have identified a significant vote share that requires a nominal investment,” the memo read.

“Working together with the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition (FRRC), we are determined to end disenfranchisement and the discrimination that has always driven it,” Bloomberg said via a spokesperson.

The FRRC is a project of Tides Advocacy, a group funded primarily by Soros’ Open Society Foundation (OSF) which congratulated FRRC head Desmond Meade, a grantee of theirs, for being among the 100 Most Influential People selected by Time Magazine in 2019.

The magazine praised Meade’s efforts in leading the charge to adopt Amendment 4, describing it as “the largest expansion of voting rights in a half-century, and Desmond made it happen.”

‘How Many More Get Away?’ Farage Releases Footage of Migrants Arriving ‘Under the Cover of Darkness’

Brexit leader Nigel Farage released footage of illegal migrants “landing under the cover of darkness” at Shakespeare Beach in Dover, England.

The footage appears to show over a dozen mostly male migrants being escorted by local police after they, Mr Farage claimed, had landed on British shores in the early hours of Tuesday.

In a message directed to Home Secretary Priti Patel, Mr Farage questioned: “How many like this now get away?”

Mr Farage has been reporting on instances of migrants evading the British Border Force and clandestinely entering the country, often travelling across the English Channel by night in order to go unseen.

In April, the Brexit leader turned investigative journalist spoke to local fishermen in the beach town of Pett Level in East Sussex, who informed Farage that they often witnessed migrants arriving in under the cover of darkness. They went on to claim that people smugglers in the UK would meet the migrants and swiftly collect the migrants as well as their boats before they were detected by the Border Force.

“This scandal, I think, is far bigger than anyone realises,” Mr Farage remarked at the time.

The Brexit Party leader said that he contacted the Home Office in May, to ask whether the government accepted that migrants are entering in the country undetected, what the current estimate was, and what if anything they are doing to track down the clandestine arrivals.

“Well, the Home Office came back and said: ‘It is completely inaccurate to claim small boats are arriving into the UK every day. We are using all the skills of the Border Force, the National Crime Agency, Immigration Enforcement, and French law enforcement (you’re having a laugh!) to dismantle and arrest the criminal gangs who trade in people-smuggling, and since April the 1st we’ve stopped so many from coming, blah blah blah blah,’” Farage said.

On Monday, Home Secretary Priti Patel told MPs that the government is planning on refusing alleged asylum seekers who come to the UK from safe countries, where they are bound by law to remain.

“We want to ensure our asylum system is not being abused by those who are not genuine asylum seekers.” Patel said in comments reported by The Times.

Ms Patel said discussions were continuing with Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands to stop the crossings. The government was also looking at legal, safe routes “for the protection of those that need our help”.

Apple (AAPL), Amazon (AMZN), Microsoft (MSFT) and Alphabet (GOOGLE) Combined Market Cap Is Now Equal to 42% of Nasdaq 100 (NDX)

Tech giants continue their expansion into the Nasdaq 100 Index, and six companies altogether account for almost 50% of the capitalization.

Tech stocks have always been strong in the index, but in 2020 this imbalance has reached unprecedented proportions.

According to Jeroen Blokland, the head of the Robeco multi-asset fund, only four technology companies now account for 42% of the Nasdaq 100’s capitalization. These companies are mastodons such as Apple, Amazon, Microsoft and Alphabet, the parent company of Google.

Other companies worth mentioning are Facebook and Tesla. However, they total only 6% of the index capitalization, which is less than any of the four giants. However, in total, all 6 companies make up 49% of the Nasdaq 100’s capitalization, the same as the other 94 companies represented in the index.

The correction dealt serious blows to the capitalizations of the giants. Thus, Amazon lost about 10% from the highs of early September. Apple and Alphabet both declined more, shedding 15% of all-time highs. Microsoft shares were the most resilient, falling “only” by 9%.

California judge says Trump can’t ban WeChat because of the First Amendment, but Big Tech is never stopped from censoring Americans

An effort by President Trump to ban the “WeChat” app from American smartphones has failed after U.S. Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler of San Francisco decided that restricting the Chinese-owned app would violate the First Amendment.

Regardless of the fact that WeChat poses a national security threat, much in the same way as TikTok, Beeler claims that the app has free speech rights that must be protected.

In her ruling, Beeler wrote that WeChat, a product of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), “serves as a virtual public square for the Chinese-speaking and Chinese-American community in the United States and is (as a practical matter) their (sic) only means of communication.”

Beeler added that banning WeChat “forecloses meaningful access to communication in their community and thereby operates as a prior restraint on their right to free speech.”

Failing to explain how or why Chinese people in the U.S. somehow cannot use other modes of smartphone communication, Beeler went on to reveal her political bias by declaring the Trump administration’s efforts to ban WeChat as an “overarching national-security interest.”

“[The administration has] put in scant little evidence that its effective ban of WeChat for all U.S. users addresses those concerns,” Beeler added.

“The plaintiffs have shown serious questions going to the merits of their First Amendment claim that the Secretary’s prohibited transactions effectively eliminate the plaintiffs’ key platform for communication, slow or eliminate discourse, and are the equivalent of censorship of speech or a prior restraint on it.”

Does this mean conservatives and Christians are now free to exercise their First Amendment rights on Silicon Valley tech platforms?

One wonders if Beeler holds the same position with regards to Facebook and Twitter, which are actively censoring conservatives, Christians and white people for expressing viewpoints that some far-leftists find “offensive.”

Will Natural News, for instance, once again be allowed to put its smartphone app in the Apple App Store? How about the hundreds of American patriots who have been de-platformed from Facebook – or does Beeler’s ruling only apply to the Chinese?

Since we already know the answer to these questions, it is critical to ask yourself: Why is such hypocrisy allowed to persist? And perhaps even more importantly: Why isn’t the Republican-dominated Senate doing anything about it?

Netanyahu Not Ruling Out Preemptive Strike Against Iran

Last month, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu denounced the UN Security Council's decision not to allow an extension of the arms embargo on Iran as "scandalous", adding his country is set to continue jointly working with the United States to thwart what he called "Iranian aggression".

Israel has not ruled out a preemptive strike against Iran, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned during a memorial service on Tuesday for those who fell in the 1973 Yom Kippur War, an Arab-Israeli military standoff.

"A preemptive strike is a difficult thing to do. I know that if Iran wants to base itself in the north, we are ready to fight them. This is a direct lesson of the Yom Kippur War", noted Netanyahu, asserting that they "will do everything in order to protect the State of Israel; we are not ruling out a preliminary strike".

The prime minister went on to ponder over "the power on our side", saying it is what "brought peace with Jordan, Egypt, agreements with the UAE and Bahrain".

"The power that will bring peace with additional states. The power and perseverance will allow us to handle the coronavirus crisis", Netanyahu went on.

During the memorial, Israeli President Reuven Rivlin warned that the "surprise that was our lot" in the war must in no way be forgotten or repeated in either healthcare or the economy.

"I fought in the killing fields of that terrible war, and here I am today. Almost a jubilee later, and I well remember how we won that war. In the trenches, we fought shoulder to shoulder", stressed Rivlin, further calling to rebuild the contract between the public and its elected representatives, and "reconcile the deep rifts among the people" for the sake of national security.

He welcomed the nation to be paricularly "goal-oriented", stressing emphatically that the goal is "to defeat the virus – to defeat it!"

Defence Minister Benny Gantz noted during the service that the coronavirus caught Israel unprepared, similar to the Yom Kippur War - the so-called October War, fought in 1973 by a coalition of Arab states led by Egypt and Syria against Israel, who ultimately won.

"We didn't respond as was fit, but we will succeed this time as well", Gantz recalled.

Arms Embargo on Iran

In mid-August, the Israeli PM slammed the UN Security Council's decision not to allow an extension of the arms embargo on Iran as "scandalous", adding that Tel Aviv will continue to cooperate closely with its ally the United States to repel what he referred to as "Iranian aggression".

Dian Triansyah Djani, UNSC president as of July, said that the resolution had not received the required number of votes to be adopted, because it was only endorsed by the US and the Dominican Republic and objected to by Russia and China, with as many as 11 countries abstaining.

Natanz Incident

Tensions between the two countries escalated over the past summer after reports emerged in June that Israel was behind a huge explosion at Natanz, Iran, which levelled a key factory producing centrifuges used in the nation's nuclear refinement.

Israeli Defence Minister Benny Gantz hit back when asked about Israel's alleged involvement, noting that "everyone can be suspicious of us all the time. But not every event that happens in Iran is connected to us".

In a continuing exchange of mutual jabs, Tel Aviv claims that Iran seeks to acquire nuclear weapons and sew terrorism across the region to threaten Israel's national security, including through proxy forces operating along its borders.

Tehran, meanwhile, says Israel's illegal military involvement in Syria, Lebanon, Palestinian territories, and Iraq, as well as its possession of an actual nuclear arsenal, make it the greater danger.

Instead Chancellor Rishi Sunak should set a one-year plan and focus on working out how much more the government will need to lay out dealing with Covid in the future.

The new report by the IFS looked at how much money has been spent and what options are open to the Government.

It found that spending has increased 20 per cent above the Government's original plans before the pandemic.

While much attention has been given to the role of Gates behind the corrupt WHO in promoting radical untested coronavirus vaccines, the record of the Gates Foundation pushing an oral polio vaccine across Africa gives more sobering evidence that all Gates says and does is not genuine human charity. The UN has just recently admitted that new cases of infantile paralysis or polio have resulted in Africa from an oral polio vaccine developed with strong support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Vaccines that cause polio

The vaccine industry loves to cite development of vaccines in the 1950s as solely responsible for eradicating what was a severe paralytic illness that reached a peak in the USA after World War II and as well, in England, Germany and other European countries. Now, despite the fact that no new cases of “wild polio” virus have been detected in all Africa since 2016, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and their allies in the WHO proclaimed that Gates’ $4 billion ten-year African vaccination campaign using an oral polio vaccine had finally eliminated the dreaded polio. One week later on September 2, WHO was forced to backtrack and admit that new polio outbreaks in Sudan were linked to an ongoing series of new polio cases in Chad and Cameroon. According to the WHO, further polio cases have been registered in more than a dozen African countries including Angola, Congo, Nigeria and Zambia. But the shocking thing is that the outbreaks are all reportedly caused by the Gates-backed oral polio vaccine.

In a revealing comment, a CDC virologist involved with WHO and Gates Foundation in the Africa mass polio vaccination campaign, part of something called the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, admits the vaccine is creating significantly more cases of polio paralysis than the deceptively named “wild polio” disease. “We have now created more new emergences of the virus than we have stopped,” virologist Mark Pallansch of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention admitted. Bill Gates was reportedly responsible for driving the campaign to develop the liquid oral polio vaccine and massively administer it to the populations of Africa and Asia despite the near absence of any cases of “wild polio.” According to one of the partners in the Gates polio initiative, from Rotary International, “Gates personally drove the development of a new polio vaccine that is now in the final stages of testing. When the idea was put forward, about the time of the last case of polio to happen in India, many were thinking the vaccine would play no important role in eradication, but Gates insisted.” When someone asked him, why polio, which had all but vanished worldwide, Gates replied, “Polio is a terrible disease.”

The major findings of the report suggest that the sole reason the Hunter Biden would have been allowed a stake in the Chinese state backed private equity firm BHR is for the purpose of political influence via his father:

There is no apparent reason for HUNTER’s participation in the BHR partnership other than political payoff and influence. Virtually all financial investors or partners are state policy entities, state owned entities, or only nominally private. The investments flow primarily to Chinese state backed projects or firms. The financial terms, where we have been able to locate specific deal terms, engage in non-normal business practices designed to funnel fees and assets to benefit a specific party.

There is clear intent by Chinese state officials acting to influence US individuals either in official positions or with close relationships to them. Major Hospital System Hit With Paralyzing Ransomware Attack, Potentially Largest In US History

Computer systems for Universal Health Systems (UHS), a major hospital and healthcare provider with over 400 locations across the U.S., was hit with what appears to be one of the largest medical cyberattacks in U.S. history, according to NBC News.

UHS released a statement on Monday, confirming that its "I.T. Networks" were "offline" due to a security incident.

"The I.T. Network across Universal Health Services (UHS) facilities is currently offline, due to an I.T. security issue," the statement said. "We implement extensive I.T. security protocols and are working diligently with our I.T. security partners to restore I.T. operations as quickly as possible. In the meantime, our facilities are using their established back-up processes, including offline documentation methods. Patient care continues to be delivered safely and effectively."

Adding that, "No patient or employee data appears to have been accessed, copied or misused."

UHS did not elaborate on the hack attack, but someone familiar with UHS' response efforts who wasn't authorized to speak to the press said it "looks and smells like ransomware."

A couple of UHS nurses, who requested anonymity because they weren't authorized by the company to speak about the incident, said the attack began over the weekend and had left medical staff paralyzed, resulting in doctors and nurses to work with pen and paper.

One of the nurses, who works at a hospital in North Dakota, said computers at the facility initially became sluggish then completely shutoff by Sunday morning.

"As of this a.m., all the computers are down completely," the nurse said.

Another nurse at an Arizona hospital who worked this weekend said, "the computer just started shutting down on its own."

"Our medication system is all online, so that's been difficult," the Arizona nurse said.

Readers may recall, a hospital in Germany was hit with a severe ransomware attack in early September, which resulted in "extensive I.T. failure," preventing one patient from receiving urgent care, marking a rare instance in which ransomware directly contributed to a death.

Cybercriminals have targeted hospitals and medical facilities with ransomware attacks because critical I.T. systems and databases of these facilities increase the probability the victims will pay their extortionists. However, recent attacks against medical facilities have surely been increasing in size.

US Launches Airstrikes in Iraq from Carrier For First Time in Two Years

Airstrikes launched from a carrier in the Persian Gulf likely a show of force aimed at Iran

For the first time in nearly two and a half years, US jets launched airstrikes in Iraq from an aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf. The strikes were carried out on September 23rd by two F/A-18F Super Hornets from the USS Nimitz, a spokeswoman for the Bahrain-based US 5th Fleet told Stars and Stripes on Monday.

“The last such strike was by USS Theodore Roosevelt in [March] 2018,” Cmdr. Rebecca Rebarich said. Rebarich only said the attacks were carried out in Iraq and did not elaborate on targets.

Operation Inherent Resolve, the anti-ISIS coalition fighting in Iraq and Syria, reported airstrikes on ISIS hideouts in Kirkuk, Iraq, on that same day. It is likely that these strikes were carried out by the carrier-launched jets, but Stars and Stripes could not confirm this.

Launching the strikes from an aircraft carrier is a significant escalation in the US air campaign on ISIS. The USS Nimitz transited through the Strait of Hormuz and entered the Persian Gulf with an accompanying strike force on September 18th.

With the Trump administration ramping up its “maximum pressure” campaign on Iran, the Nimitz patrol is no doubt a show of force aimed at Tehran. Launching airstrikes from the carrier is also likely meant to send a signal to Iran.
