They needed to change the narrative, they were getting HAMMERED all over. They 'sacrificed' one of their own, IE Barbara Bush Death. DEFCON=Run Distraction, Control Narrative.

Exactly, they regained the narrative. I think Q was telling us the deep state was in panic mode and needed a nuclear option. They already had it lined up.
