ThankQ for that answer. I was not aware that foreign AF is permitted in our air space- that is new to me. Still, Netherlands AND Germany? That couldn't be a regular day in the skies over AZ, could it? And the going dark… our gov't is ok with foreign AF over our country going dark? Seems a bit off to me.

Congrats to you, Cadet! ThanQ for your service! There was a hot air balloon that, last I saw. reached 62500 ft. and was doing circles in the eastern Caribbean. There was speculation that someone from one of the pedo islands had taken to the air, I was following it but have seen no updates in a couple weeks. The balloon was not currently registered and had been 'decommissioned' for over a decade. If you can find anything out about this, it'd be appreciated!
