Of course not. It's a database with records fed from multiple sources. There are many ways that data in that database, or as delivered to your browser, could be spoofed or altered. So I enjoy checking it but never assume it is perfect data.
It is commonplace to see a couple of foreign airforce planes almost every day. RAAF, RAF, Qatar, Saudi, etc. Also it is common that MIL aircraft appear and disappear from radar quite often. Sometimes you can trace their entire course and sometimes you can't. If there's a particular one that looks interesting, you pretty much have to keep checking it and screenshotting what you see, because it might have disappeared next time you check.
