The minimum that could be laid at the door of the IC is that they deliberately ignored their own intelligence and allowed the dirty tricks operation to percolate through US political consciousness. At least that would be dereliction of duty. But we all know it went far beyond mere LIHOP. It’s a conspiracy between the Clinton campaign, senior figures in the Obongo Admin, and the IC to nobble POTUS’ candidacy, then his Administration, and ultimately the entire conduct of US policy at home and abroad.
