Jammers will not interfere with SS and military comms by design

Probably will not effect the TV transmission because the jammer will be man portable (backpack)

I am sure there are solutions out there that will directly attack a single frequency in the spectrum that is a threat (like a Duke v2 if you were ever in) but in a smaller package

There are already jamming systems out there that just wash out a broad range of freqs across the spectrum

If there was a Duke like man portable solution that is what you want though

Everyone is on cell phones tweeting away none know what is up, then when a radio transmits the full power of the jammer attacks that one threat

Only thing that the jammer needs to do is notch out freqs that friendlies talk on

So if Biden has a SS or Mil radio the jamming scenario will not work

Doubt he does though

They don't just hand those out

And I'm pretty sure the electronic warfare bubbas are constantly hopping freqs and changing the bands they jam
