Law fags, I work in the health field. My boss has added White Fragility aka critical race theory to our training module (which I co-teach). There are also free classes for BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color, aka whites pay, everyone else gets it free). Doesn't this violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act?
