I heard on a podcast today that the ABCU website is expected to go live in about a week.
The author pointed out that court decisions weakening liability laws indirectly resulted in spectacles like the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings. If liability laws had their original force and strength, the people making false accusations against the nominee would have been sued for libel.
