Biden's first words (if I heard correctly):

Eyes a bit wet/glassy, but he sounds strong so far. We'll see how long the effects of these 'off-market' drugs last before they start to lose their efficacy.
He reminds me of Hillary though. Saying a lot of things, but not really saying anything I can remember. Word salads. But at least he's enunciating.
